Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Email Us: Contact us at harpergracehq@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Want to swap your item for something else? No problem! Follow the return steps above, and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll provide a replacement or full refund.
